Shipping & Returns
We offer complimentary shipping within India.
We ship your order via standard courier service or registered post. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your package is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to easily track your package.
The transit time for domestic orders is typically 2-5 business days. Please note that products are usually shipped within 1-4 business days, excluding custom-made and personalised items.
For international orders, we have a flat shipping rate of $50.
We partner with UPS for international shipping. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your package is shipped, we will provide a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your convenience.
The transit time for international orders is generally 7-11 business days. Products are typically shipped within 1-4 business days, excluding custom-made and personalised items.
DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that duties and taxes for international orders are not included in your purchase. These charges, if applicable, are to be paid directly to the shipping agency. They are levied once the product enters your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with any product, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that custom-made and personalized jewellery are exempt from returns. To be eligible for a refund, the product should be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging.
To request a return, simply contact us, and we will provide a shipping label and instructions.
Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a thorough inspection. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days after passing inspection, with the cost of return shipping deducted.
Alternatively, you may opt for a refund in store credit, where the entire refund amount will be provided without any deductions. Store credit will be available instantly in your account once the returned product passes the inspection.
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible with images, and we will be delighted to assist you.
If you require a different size, shape, or colour, you can request an exchange. You can initiate an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product, excluding custom-made and personalised jewellery. To be eligible for an exchange, the product should be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging.

Once we receive the product, it will undergo a thorough inspection. Upon passing inspection, we will ship the exchanged product to you within 1-4 business days. Please note that if the requested exchange product costs more than the original product, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If it costs less, you may receive the remaining amount as store credit or a refund to your original form of payment, based on your preference.
