Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept a number of different payment methods as per our customer's convenience. We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (including Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as cash payments made in person. On request, we can also arrange for payments with a direct bank transfer, using services like PayPal, etc. If you have any legitimate payment methods, we will try our best to arrange for a timely transaction. Do you offer any discounts?

We pride ourselves on our extremely competitive pricing with a promise of quality. This doesn't allow us to offer discounts frequently.  However, since the launch of our online stores, we also launch our own Referral Program! You can find more details for that here.   As a company, we believe in transparency. We steer away from practices like increasing prices before giving discounts, giving an illusion of a good deal. Instead, we focus our time and effort in developing our manufacturing capabilities to truly give our customers the best price possible for us.

Depending on governement regulations, and the price of gold, we can certainly try to arrange the most comfortable way for you to pay hassle-free.

Absolutely! We have a wide collection of gemstones in stock and a lot of experience in dealing with all kinds of gems (precious and semi-precious). You can definitely purchase gemstones seperately as per your requirements.

Yes, definitely! However, in these circumtances, the customer will liavle to bear any shipping and duties involved.

The customer recieves their piece a custom IAC Galleria box. We include a few essentials like a jewellery certificate, a cleaning cloth, as well a small instruction card.    In case of the piece being a gift, a personalized card can be arranged as per the client's request.

Yes! In fact, while we are proud of all our designs, we always encourage customers who are looking for something special to get their jewellery custom made for their specific style and needs.
